At Perry's Printing, LLC, we strive to ensure your order is processed, crafted, and delivered in a timely and reliable manner. Please review our shipping policy below:

Processing Time

  • Custom Orders: Custom 3D printed or laser-engraved items are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before shipping.

  • Non-Custom Orders: Non-custom items typically ship within 1–3 business days.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and your location:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Occasionally, free shipping promotions may apply—check our homepage for current offers.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to your email. You can use this to monitor the delivery status directly through the carrier’s website.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping. 

Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed by the carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we’ll assist you in filing a claim or issuing a replacement if applicable.
