Returns & Refunds

At Perry's Printing, LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the personalized nature of many of our products, we’ve outlined the following return and refund guidelines:

Custom Orders

All custom-made items—including personalized 3D prints and laser-engraved products—are non-returnable and non-refundable. These items are made specifically to your specifications and cannot be resold.

Non-Custom Orders

We accept returns on non-custom, stock items within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • It must be returned in its original packaging.

Please contact us at tom@perrysprinting.com before returning any item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent or defective product).
